Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
We specialize in:
- Surprise Proposals
- Engagement Shoots
- Court Weddings
- Traditional Weddings
- White Weddings
Each service will be outlined in a custom agreement or invoice that includes package details, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of [percentage or amount] is required to secure your date and confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full a week before the scheduled event or shoot.
- After deposit has been given, a confirmation will be sent to you along with a contract to sign
- NO REMAINING PAYMENT BEFORE BOOKING DATE, THEN NO ATTENDANCE FOR US.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made one week before booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable, but a one-time reschedule may be allowed if notified at least a week in advance, subject to availability.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours) may result in a forfeiture of full payment.
- Deposits are non-refundable regardless of any circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must arrive on time. Delays may shorten the session or result in rescheduling without refund.
- For proposal events, clients are responsible for communicating specific requests, surprise elements, and any third-party coordination.
- For engagement and court wedding shoots, clients must obtain necessary permissions for locations and provide any required legal documents.
5. Creative Control
- We retain full creative control over the styling, editing, and delivery of all photos and videos.
- Raw/unedited files are not provided.
- Turnaround times are typically a week, but may vary depending on workload and season.
6. Image/Video Usage & Copyright
- We retain the copyright to all images and videos.
- Clients receive a personal-use license to share and print their images or use videos.
- We reserve the right to use images or videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio).
7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- For outdoor sessions, we will collaborate on rescheduling if weather conditions are not suitable.
We are not liable for delays if not an emergencies. If an emergency comes up, we can accommodate with that by rescheduling you with a different date and time.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss occurring during the event or shoot.
- Clients are responsible for the safety of all participants during the session.
9. Late Policy
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee; arrivals 30 minutes late or more will result in automatic cancellation and require rescheduling for another available date and time.
- The latest a customer can be late is 5 minutes late or less.
